Terms of service
The service
weatherAI.io provides weather-based decisions through an API. Decisions are estimates based on weather forecasts, which can be wrong. Do not rely on them where safety or significant money is at stake without your own checks.
Your account and keys
Keep your API keys secret and use one account per person or organisation. We may suspend accounts that abuse the free allowance, attack the service or break the law.
Free calls, credit and payment
Each account gets the published number of free calls each calendar month. Further successful calls are paid from prepaid credit at the published price, which includes VAT. Failed calls are not charged.
Credit is bought by card through Stripe and is added to your account once the payment is confirmed. A VAT receipt is issued for each payment. If a payment is refunded or reversed, the matching credit is removed, which can leave a negative balance until the next top-up.
