Know which days your crews can pour, lift and work at height

Weather is the biggest cause of delay on site. weatherAI.io turns the forecast into a go/no-go for each task, with the hours that work and the risks that don't, so you can plan pours, lifts and roof work days ahead and move crews before the rain arrives.

What you can do

  • Schedule concrete pours around frost, rain and fast-drying heat
  • Plan crane lifts and work at height around wind and gusts
  • Warn site managers the evening before when tomorrow turns bad (alerts)
  • Set your own limits, e.g. gusts under 38 km/h for a specific crane (custom rules)

Activities in this pack

Pouring concrete

activity=concrete-pour · windows of 6 h or more

A pour and the first hours of curing: air above 5°C (no frost), no rain, not too hot or windy (fast drying cracks the surface).

Crane lifts

activity=crane-lifting · windows of 2 h or more

Lifting with mobile or tower cranes: mean wind and gusts decide (wind is stronger at height than these 10 m figures), then storms, ice and poor visibility. A planning guide only: always follow the crane's and the lift plan's wind limits.

Roofing and work at height

activity=roofing · windows of 4 h or more

Work on roofs and scaffolding: wind and gusts first, then rain, ice and storms.

Groundworks and excavation

activity=groundworks · windows of 4 h or more

Excavation, drainage, foundations and earthworks: heavy rain (flooded trenches, mud), frozen ground, storms and heat stress.

Exterior painting

activity=exterior-painting · windows of 5 h or more

Painting walls, fences or woodwork outside: air at 10°C or more, dry for hours, humidity under about 70% and little wind. Check the paint's own limits.

Outdoor work (building sites, landscaping, events crew)

activity=outdoor-work · windows of 4 h or more

A shift outdoors: heat stress first, then storms, cold, ice and heavy rain.

Custom rule example

Crane C-12: gusts at most 38 km/h, wind at most 28 km/h, no thunderstorms, daylight only, at least 3 hours.

Save it once in your dashboard (or with POST /v1/profiles), then call /v1/decide?profile=prf_…. Any hour that breaks a limit scores 0.
